Located at Fuentes Street 10 in the Barrio de los Austrias district, next to Plaza Mayor and San Miguel Market. A 5-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, and La Latina district. 20 minutes on foot to Prado Museum and Reina Sofia Museum. Surrounded by restaurants including Casa Lucio, Botín, and Las Cuevas de Luis Candelas. Near Opera Metro Station (Lines 2, 5) and Bus #7 to Central Station.

Services & Accessibility
Reception staff speaks English, French, and Arabic in mornings, English throughout the day. Check-in from 12:00 PM, check-out before 12:00 PM. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the establishment. The building has four floors with a lift for luggage access. Not currently adapted for handicapped access. Change dates free of charge if plans change.

5-minute walk to Opera Metro Station (Lines 2, 5). 15 minutes from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport. Taxi available from airport terminal. From airport: take Barcelona road toward Avenida de América. Nearest metro stations: Ópera (Lines 2, 5) or Sol (Lines 1, 2, 3 and Cercanías RENFE train).

The hotel was nice overall, with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the AC was leaking during my stay. On the positive side, the extra bed provided was convenient, and the rooms were kept clean.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were kept clean, but the AC was leaking, and the bed was horrible. On the bright side, there was an extra bed available when needed.
The hotel is centrally located in Madrid, very close to the Metro stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were kept clean but had issues with a horrible bed and leaking AC. Although an extra bed was provided, it didn't compensate for the discomfort. The hotel offers tours/ticket assistance but lacks room service, housekeeping, or shuttle services.
